"I get that we live in world of exponential technology, but there should still be an option to pay for this policy with someone over the phone. I submitted a quote 3 separate times because I wasn't familiar with some of the language/terminology. Though customer service was great and explained this, it would have saved time if there was an option to do it once with someone over the phone. You also can't go back to edit the form, so you have to start all over. In addition, there are several different links that ask for a quote and I apparently was on the one for business instead of individual. Again, I think many of these things can be alleviated if you have an option to speak to someone; I ended up calling anyway so why not save an additional 30 mins?"
