frustrating
"I went in several times and filled everything out 5 - 6 times for insurance coverage. for whatever reason , the system would not let me pay. so I called for help with this issue, and was told we cannot help you over the phone, you have to try again on-line using a different browser. So I did that- and it still didn't work, so I just gave up and had to get back to work"
