"I am a student PMHNP, and I had a prior policy for RN student. I cancelled it because it was no longer needed. I had to have a new Nurse Practitioner policy. They guarantee 48 hours for policy with no issues on being insured in most cases. A week went by and multiple calls after I had paid nearly 400.00- and no policy. Oh, because you had a cancellation. I'll escalate. Will be 24 more hours. NOPE, 72 hours later finally, and nearly missing my clinical deadline. Never again. When this one is up, I'm done. Horrible customer service. To be NSO affiliated, incompetent customer service. "
