"I had been using this company for over 15 years. This was my first time having the worst customer service. I called twice , first hold for over 30 minutes and the second call the person hung up on me, I only could do payment on line not ability to ask of changes in policy or update information. No ability to confirm it is my policy or account that is getting the payment. I had recommended this company to others in the field but not after this. "
