"The rep made sure I was able to access the site to re-apply. I have had this insurance for many years and none of my info has ever changed.. Therefore I should have been able to speak to a rep and have it reinstated as a renewal even though I was outside of the renewal dates. Otherwise, it was not a bad process so the results were satisfying."
