He redirected me to the correct type of claim that I needed, and then gave me a phone number to the personal claim section when I had a different question. When I called that number, I DIDN"T HAVE TO WAIT ON HOLD AT ALL!!!!! My question was answered, and then within a matter of 5 minutes I was all set to go with insurance.
