"Filled out the form to inquire or get a quote, then was charged for the policy without being provided documentation on what the terms were or length of coverage for the policy I apparently just purchased. The only reason I purchased was because my professional team also uses HPSO. If I had never heard of them, I would'v gone with some other company simply because they take your info then promptly demand payment before you can see coverage documents. Dec page should be visible before payment during this company's quoting process. Sketchy and unethical, definitely if you haven't done your homework ahead of time. "
