"Online application is what-it-is. Before completing it & because I had questions, I called your assistance phone line. The person with whom I spoke was of NO HELP whatever. My question was about the possibility of getting coverage for only 6 months. You see, I’m just going to be working as a pharmacist in a four-month long COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic. It would be nice to get an answer."

"I was employed and I needed Malpractice Insurance. The company that employed me suggested HPSO. I was not familiar with this insurance company but it was a god sent. Straight forward, they answered my questions when I called them and push a button and it's done. Wow!!!"

"Needing to downgrade my policy from full time to part time after my policy lapsed due to an extended illness, I had an extremely frustrating experience getting this done. Talked to 4 different agents in 2 calls, with very long wait times. Total time to complete a simple task took over one hour. I was told different things each time I spoke to someone, and did everything I was instructed to do to facilitate my request to downgrade my policy. Finally, I had to do it all online myself, creating an entirely new policy with new account number. NOthing about this process was easy or timely, and had I not already wasted so much time on this so far, I was very close to just finding another insurance company altogether. I begrudgingly created my new policy. Hope I never have to make any changes to my policy again."
