"the password reset was only good for 15minutes however it did not arrive until about 5-10 min after requesting it. As I was at work and unable to catch the reset before it expired it became a frustrating experience as all I was trying to do was pay my renewal fee prior to the autopay date. "

What kind of operations are going on with HPSO that this practice is acceptable. I've had not explanation for the significant increase. This looks like price gouging to me. "
