"Upon submitting my application, I was told I'd receive my policy within 1 business day. I waited 2 days before writing an email. After 24 hours, I had gotten no response. I called and the CSR was very nice. She said she would put a rush on the order and I received my policy within 24 hours. I appreciate her intervention. If it was going to be more than 1 business day, that would have been fine with me. I was frustrated because that's not what was conveyed."

"Super easy application to fill out. Already gave a review to the man I spoke to but he was clear and didn't confuse me with things I don't understand because I **** at adulting. All I want is for my license and certificate to be protected and I'm so thankful I didn't receive a headache trying to get it. I will gladly share this experience.
