Poor Customer Service and use of website
"I was able to put in all of my information but then could not pay at the end when given a quote after waiting 24 hours for approval. I called customer service. She was friendly but it would be more useful if she could take my credit card information or assist to finish the process instead of offering to mail a paper application."
