"I already had a policy number but wanted to change the type of coverage and the website would not allow. It said I had to pay the past due amount to make changes. The policy had expired but there was no past due amount. Also the date of reinstatement should be when you pay and not back dating. So I had to start all over just to change the details on the policy"
