"It kept asking me to choose an address that it was populating, but it omitted my apartment/condo number. Don't want my neighbors to receive my mail, so had to manually correct it a few times & eventually I just put my apt. # on the address line so for it to show up correctly on the final screen."

"the process to obtain insurance through your online system made it too difficult. I had to create and register an account in order to purchase insurance, and then once I registered, I was not given the option to purchase insurance. Resulting in ultimately having to repeat the entire process again. Although, your phone customer service was of great help and was able to complete the process with their help, so thank you. Finally, I would like for HPSO to make the entire online process user friendly, with more options to redirect from any screen in the account."
