Multiple tries to complete purchase
"It took at least 4-5 tries of filling out the online form before I could get to the payment screen to display. I called the customer service line and although the representative was very kind, she could not help me complete my purchase. There should be a way to purchase insurance over the phone with the representative - especially for time sensitive matters. "
