"I am relieved that the online application appears to have worked this time. A few weeks ago, the online form was malfunctioning so I submitted a paper application. I received no notice of receipt or any issues with the application, however, when I called to follow up today, I learned that my application had been rejected. I wish I had been called or emailed (although both my email and phone number were incorrectly listed in the database!) about this. Fingers crossed that my online application will go through now. Thank you!"
