"Celeste helped me when I called the 800 number to renew my HPSO insurance. It had been several years since my last policy, so I had to create a new policy. I was transferred to Celeste, and she asked very important questions and was able to give me information for my particular professional work environment. I hung up, went online to fill out the application. I had another question within minutes and redialed the 800 # and was transferred to Celeste again! This was great - she knew exactly what I was calling about without me having to explain my whole situation again. Then she stayed on the phone line until I finished my online application because I was afraid I might have more questions. Finished my application within minutes with Celeste by my side!
