When you need an answer to a question
"I have a question dealing with telemental health services I am providing. It is a question I am sure is not an easy one to answer. Customer service when I first called and explained the situation and my question said they would transfer me to the Licensing Team. After 10 minutes a person from the licensing team answered the phone and when I explained the situation and he just matter of factly told me the answer and I further questioned what that meant, he then placed me on hold for about 7 minutes. When he came back he said that I needed to speak with the Specialized Team of Representatives. He transferred me to the Specialized Team of Representatives at 4:04 I was on hold where no one came to the phone at all, until 4:38. I finally hung up. This question is extremely important to know the answer to and what my coverage is and is why I am on hold for that long thinking they may have a large volume of calls. So I called back I explained the whole situation again to another customer service representative. He said he would make sure I was connected to the Specialized Team 15 minutes later I am still waiting.... This really makes me wonder if I had a claim would I be receiving this same service? I am trying to make sure I am not going to be sued and I can't get anyone to respond to me. This happened on a Tuesday from 4:00-after 5:00 PM EST."

Underhanded way of getting e-pay
"It's disturbing to me that I unchecked the e-pay box, and on the next page, it was checked. I tried to hit the "back" tab so I could uncheck it. I don't give permission for e-pay! I don't like for anything to automatically renew through my bank account unless I am the person putting it through at the time!"
