Glitch in system
"Applying for Liability Insurance online is a frustrating experience. The online system would not accept an apartment number. After several attempts, I had to call the 1-800 number twice. The HPSO rep was also unable to help me. Finally, I was told to omit my apartment number and call back the 1-800 so that an HPSO rep can add it to my address. That would be the 3rd time this morning that I have to explain my situation so that I can get 2 (two) numbers in. Due to this unforseen issue in the online system, I am late for an appointment. On the positive, every HPSO rep that I spoke with today were very nice, attentive and attempted to help me as much as possible. "

email trouble
"it took several tries and an unsuccessful phone call to remove my old account and initiate a new one. I was told I needed to do this because my account had expired in 2016. I finally had to use a completely different email address to get the transaction to go through"
