No One Knows Where the Payment Went
"I tried to join 3 days ago and it looked like it went through but I did not get a receipt. Your customer service rep had no idea and said to call in a few days (??!) I need insurance now. So I tried again, and I'm getting this pop up. Now I need to call my VISA card and see how many times I was billed. You could use better trained reps, and a better payment method. "
