"I was logged on to the website, requesting a quote. It gave me an error messaging saying unable to process your request and gave me a 800 number for assistance. I called 800 number who directed me to another agent. In the end that agent was only able to provide me with a quote but unable to sign me up which was what I needed to do. So end of the story, he told me to log back into the website and purchase the policy myself. Thankfully, the second time around of trying to get a policy worked ( no error message) but I lost 20 mins of my life on a phone call that I didn't need to do. "
