"I had the pleasure of working with Tina in Utah on my Professional Liability policy. As we tossed some tangled versions of "Ergonomist" and "Kinesiologist" back and forth, Tina was able to provide the proper direction for terminology in my work. I deal with "customer support" agents all the time - and Tina was the most pleasant and most informed of ANY I have worked with before! But, her working posture needs some help!
