Poor Service
"I canceled my insurance policy with HPSO in June days after Finding a cheaper liability policy somewhere else. I was told to sign cancellation documents which l did the same day. Was told it’ll take no more than 6 weeks for my refund. Here it is September! And l was told I’d have to wait an additional 30 days to be refunded to my bank account versus the initial “check return policy”. Their customer service **** & waiting time is ridiculous! Another reason l canceled! "
