Much better than Mutual
"I met Pharmacist's Mutual at conferences a couple times and knew the name, but twice I called to inquire about getting a policy and no one on the phone could tell me ANYTHING about the policy. It made me uncomfortable even thinking about having to deal with clueless customer service if I ever had to file a claim. They couldn't even tell me if the premium was annual or monthly! HPSO is trusted by APhA and even their application was more informative and detailed than mutual. I feel much better knowing I have HPSO."
