Incredibly Dissatisfied
"This process was terrible. Every person I spoke to (other than Karen English) was rude and not helpful in the slightest. I was put on hold for hours on end and consistently transferred to the wrong department after waiting on hold for these multiple hours. I have been waiting to hear back from one of your specialist departments for almost a month and still have not heard anything. I am very dissatisfied and am only continuing to insure with HPSO because I have to. "
